How do I schedule a shipment?

  1. From the K2 Assessments start page, click on the "Schedule Pickup" link on the right.
  2. Enter the zipcode of your school or district and click the View Locations button.
  3. Locate your school or district in the table and click on it to continue.
    (If your school or district is not in the table, click on the link below the table, double-check the values in the text field(s) you filled in and click the Try Again button.)
  4. Make any necessary changes to the Contact Info for your school or district. To add a new contact person to your school or district,  click the Add New Contact link, fill in the info, and click the Update button to the right.
  5. When the contact info is correct, click the Verify and Continue button to continue.
  6. Make any necessary changes to the Pickup Address for your school or district, then click the Verify and Continue button to continue.
  7. A list of all assessments for your school or district will be displayed, select the assessment you wish to schedule a shipment for and click on it.
  8. To create a new shipment, click the Create New Shipment button. To reschedule an unfinished pickup, click on one of the unfinished pickups in the table.
  9. If the number of scorable boxes, non-scorable boxes, pallet count, or any special notes are incorrect you may change them. When the shipment information is correct, click the Continue button.
  10. Select the date you want to schedule your pickup by clicking on the calendar. If that date is a valid pickup date, it will show as green on the calendar, and you will be able to pick the hours of operation for your school or district.  Click the Continue button to continue.
  11. Double-check your pickup address and contact email list, then click on the Submit button to schedule your shipment. An email will be sent to everyone on the contact email list, and to the k2 assessments team.

How do I track a shipment?

  1. From the K2 Assessments start page, click on the "Tracking" link on the left.
  2. Enter the Tracking Number in the text field provided and click the "Request Tracking Info" button.
    (Your tracking numbers should be included in your Assessment Materials Return Kit.)
